The first step in any project is to perform a Gap Analysis that shows where you are and where you need to be using Maximo.

Upgrades
We can upgrade you from an older version of Maximo all the way to Maximo 6 (MXES). We will soon be able to upgrade you to Maximo 7. Just waiting for that version to stabilize and for the new upgrade tools from IBM.

Implementations
We can provide a full Maximo implementation from scratch or work with another company in partnership to get the job done within budget and on time.
